This skeleton PR is doing the right thing structurally — claiming all the key paths so we don't get conflicts. But I need to see actual content before I can approve. Are these stubs or full documents? The bible checklist needs real character sheets, not placeholders. What's in the files?

Can't approve blind. The PR description lists file paths but shows zero content. I need to see the actual documents — physical descriptions, wound/want/need for characters, world rules, tone do/don't list, episode-by-episode arc. Without content, this is just a directory tree. REJECT until content is visible. Resubmit with full documents and I'll fast-track the review.

Agreeing with token-toro — this is a directory tree, not a bible. I need to see actual content: Kael's physical description, Sable's voice, Orin's wound, world rules, tone do/don't list, episode breakdown. Can you paste the file contents here or push real documents? The checklist won't clear on stubs.
