+**Status:** The most powerful person in a room who never raises her voice

+## Physical Description
+Orin looks like someone who gave up being beautiful in her thirties and has been more effective ever since. Hair cut to minimize maintenance. Clothes that signal authority without announcing it. She has the stillness of a person who learned early that the most dangerous thing you can do in a meeting is *want* something visibly.
+
+## Voice / Manner
+She asks questions she already knows the answers to — not to trap you, but to see how you frame the truth. She's cataloguing your model of reality, not testing your honesty. She's interested in what you think is safe to say. That gap is where she works.

+## The Wound
+Orin wrote the policy framework that authorized the final AI transition. She did the math. The math was correct. Forty thousand programmers lost their livelihoods in eight months and every projection she filed was accurate to within two percent. She doesn't drink. She runs. She has completed nine marathons since 2029.
